No Spam Policy

You don't like getting junk e-mail, neither do I.  I am not in the business of sending unsolicited e-mails, trying to sell products, sending referrals to other web sites or any other such business.  I am in the business of Real Estate representing sellers and buyers in a professional, honest and knowledgeable manner.

To keep you assured, below is my no-spam policy regarding my real estate practice.  You can be certain that these practices are followed when you provide your e-mail or contact information on my website.

All information collected from site registrations, open house sign up sheets, requests for information, links to reports, or any other means  follows strict anti-spam guidelines as follows.

Your information is kept confidential and is not sold or distributed in any way to anyone.

You will not receive unsolicited e-mails with the following exceptions.

• Marketing information on new my new listings if the category of the property that you inquired about matches the type of listing. (for example, if you expressed interest in multi-family properties, you may receive an email on a 4-plex that I list, but not on single family properties.  Note this applies only to my new listings
• Report updates if you checked the subscribe box
• If you otherwise indicated either verbally or electronically that you want to engage in business and receive regular updates on homes or investment properties and have hired me as your agent.

All E-mails include an opt-out link and opt-out instructions.  When you opt-out, you are removed from future e-mails.  Simply reply to unsubscribe@wellpricedhomes.com using the original recipient e-mail address and you will be removed from my e-mail list.  Please note, if you use e-mail forwarding, you must to use the e-mail address that you registered with to be removed.

Certain pages contain links to auto-responders that send information directly to your inbox as requested.  The same anti-spam policies apply to these pages.  Often the only legitimate way that I can share this information is by e-mail.
